Revelop is a Dutch team of builders, data engineers and property people. We bring all the data of the Netherlands into one engine, for everyone working on the housing shortage.
Why we build this.
We kept seeing the same work done over and over. A developer, a housing association and a municipality all look at the same greenfield site or the same block, gather the same facts from the same dozens of sources, and after weeks arrive at a verdict someone else reached a street away months ago. Not because the information is missing, but because it is never in one place.
That is the problem we solve. Not the permit, not the construction, not the politics. The part before it: knowing where it is possible, what it yields and what has already been decided, in days instead of months. We started there with acquisition for investors. We added feasibility studies. By now it holds everything the country has in data on addresses, buildings, parcels, plans and permits.

Every number is a query
Every figure on this site and in the product traces back to the table beneath it. What the AI says, you can look up.
We do not invent data
The assistant searches the engine. What the engine does not know, it does not say. Caveats and reference dates travel with it verbatim.
Public and commercial sources
We work with public registers and commercial data sources, within the GDPR, with a lawful basis on every contact.
Municipalities are partners, not targets
We do not speed up procedures and we do not point fingers. We make sure everyone at the table looks at the same numbers.
One engine for large and small
An independent developer and a national developer use the same data and the same map. The difference is in team, integrations and support.
Dutch, and in the EU
Built on the Dutch registers and regulations. Data hosted in the EU. The product is Dutch-first, with a full English version.

Revelop is built by a small team in the Netherlands with roots in construction, property and software. We work directly with our customers: a demo with us is a working session on your addresses, not a presentation.
