Map, table and AI. One engine.
All the data of the Netherlands, linked on address, building, parcel and plan. Three entrances that always give the same answer, and a feasibility study when the answer is 'maybe'. For a greenfield site, a single block or a whole portfolio.

Three entrances, the same data.
A filter on the map, a row in the table and an answer from the AI come from the same engine. What you find through one entrance, you see again in the others.
Filter the whole country
Start with all of the Netherlands and filter down to a single site, parcel or block, on the map or in the table.
Ask the AI
Ask your question in plain language. The answer opens as a filtered list next to the conversation.
Check every number
Every row links to its source: the address, the parcel, the permit, the plan.
The whole country on one map.
Twenty data layers in nine groups, from neighbourhood statistics to no-go areas, over every building and parcel in the Netherlands.
Twenty layers
Environment plan, housing plans (hard and soft), underused parcels and densification potential (GSI and FSI), conversion candidates, top-up potential, WOZ and price mismatch per hundred metres, demographics, amenities, Natura 2000 and noise.
Buildings in 3D
Every building as a volume at its real height and number of storeys, with roof structures as separate parts. Tilt and rotate the map to read a block.
Draw your search area
A polygon or radius instantly becomes a filter on the table, with the statistics of the drawn area next to it.
Click through to the source
Parcel, building, neighbourhood and plan each have a detail panel with explanation, aerial photo and Street View.
Sixty filters, one table.
Addresses, buildings, parcels, permits, housing plans and tenders, each as a table with its own filters and export.
Addresses and buildings
Filter on zoning and plan rules, build year, floor area, height, roof shape, energy label, WOZ, WWS segment, monument, apartment rights, Funda status, company at the address and distance to amenities.
Parcels
Parcel area, unbuilt share, density (GSI and FSI), residential parcel and dominant housing type. From a 500 m² plot to a 20-hectare business park.
Permits, plans and tenders
Permits parsed down to the work: phase, nature, number of new homes, new-build or conversion. Provincial housing plans, hard and soft, with phasing, affordable share and the parcels beneath them. Tenders from municipalities and housing associations since 2021.
Search, save, export
One search bar that turns 'detached before 1960 in Haarlem under 500k' into filters. Save searches per team, export to Excel, bulk actions on the whole selection.
An answer you can verify.
The assistant searches with sixty tools in the same engine as the map and the table. It does not invent data.
Every answer is a table
Every search result opens as a filtered list next to the conversation. Caveats and reference dates are passed on verbatim; inferences are labelled as such.
Signals
Underused parcels, permit precedent within a radius, value gap between WOZ and asking price, WWS exposure and a top-up ranking, on a single question.
Drives the map and the table
Sets filters, layers, columns and the map view, so you carry on where the conversation stops.
Works into your CRM
Adds addresses as leads, creates searches and starts a letter or study, each with your approval.
From opportunity to go/no-go in days.
Turn a parcel, a block or a drawn greenfield site into a calculated study you share with your team, an architect or the municipality.
Massing in 3D
Volumes per storey and zone, with programme and variants side by side.
Plan check
Checked against the building envelope and dimensions of the environment plan, with the verdict fits, deviation or unknown. Never 'permittable': that call belongs to the municipality.
Construction cost
A cost breakdown following the NEN 2699 structure, with fees and building-cost indicators and sensitivities on the key assumptions.
Share
PDF and Excel, attach to a deal, and a read-only link for anyone who does not work in Revelop.
The engine keeps watch when you do not.
Every saved search can become an alert. Daily, by email, with the new hits.
Permits
Applications and granted permits in your area, broken down by the work.
Parcels and buildings
Cadastral and BAG changes per day: split, merged, new, large-scale. So you see a land position start to move.
Listings
New homes, commercial property and building plots on Funda that match your filters.
Around your study
A new permit within the radius of a running feasibility study.
From longlist to conversation.
Found addresses become deals, contacts and tasks in a built-in CRM. With postal letters that write back.
Deals and contacts
Kanban pipeline, deals with several objects, contacts and companies with roles, tags, tasks and calendar, a pitch deck per deal as PDF.
Letters with a reply
A campaign in four steps, with letterhead, audience check and de-duplication. Every letter carries a QR code and reply link that writes back into the CRM.
Import and export
CSV and Excel in, with a dry run. Excel out, with a log of every export.
GDPR built in
A lawful basis required on every contact, access requests, erasure and suppression lists.
And once the building is yours, it carries on.
