Every building permit in the Netherlands, read out

No raw titles, no large-projects-only. We read every permit for what actually happens (action, object and scale) and couple it to address and cadastral parcel. From signal to letter on the doormat.

Every permit, not only the big projects

Bouwberichten shows the large schemes. We read out the whole long tail: renovation, extension, dormer, demolition, transformation, felling. Nationwide and automated.

Us vs. Bouwberichten and OmgevingsAlert

Three ways to track construction activity. Where they give large projects or raw alerts, we give structured action at parcel level.

From signal to letter on the doormat

Four steps. The moat is in the first three: the signal, the parse and the parcel coupling; the letter is the finish.

1

Detect

Every notice and permit in the Netherlands, tracked nationwide from the official sources and in the same week.

2

Parse

The free text is read to action level: action, object, scale, phase and number of dwellings, structured, not a raw title.

3

Couple to parcel

From permit to BAG address to cadastral parcel and geometry, so you know exactly which parcel and who the neighbours are.

4

Send (optional)

On request we turn the signal into a correct, personalised letter on the doormat. The post is the finish, not the pitch.

Frequently asked questions

What does Revelop do differently from Bouwberichten?
Bouwberichten mainly shows the large projects and tenders, hand-researched. We read every permit (new-build, renovation, demolition, transformation) automatically to action level, nationwide, and couple it to address and cadastral parcel.
How many permits can you classify?
Currently around 83% of publications carry a recognised action (new-build, renovation, demolition, use-change and so on). Where the title doesn't say, we label it 'not stated'; we never count that as zero.
Where does the data come from?
From the official sources: the nationwide public notices and 'Berichten over uw buurt'. We couple those publications to the address via BAG and to the parcel and geometry via the Cadastre.
Do you send the letters yourselves?
Yes, on request. We turn a signal into a correct, personalised residents' letter. But the letter is the finish: the value is in the signal, the parse and the parcel coupling before it.
From what period do you have data?
Our permit monitoring has run since mid-2026 and has no historical backfill. Counts therefore cover the period since our monitoring started. For ongoing signalling that's exactly right; for historical research, not yet.
