Credits and usage

Credits are used for enrichments (such as ownership information and sale prices), letters and the AI assistant. If you use more than included, we invoice the extra usage afterwards per credit (1 credit is € 0.01). The monthly usage cap defaults to € 500; we adjust it on request.

Questions about pricing.

What is the difference between Basis and Team?
Basis is the engine plus the CRM: map, tables, filters, AI assistant, alerts, export and deals, contacts and letter campaigns, for anyone searching and following up alone or with a small team. Team adds the feasibility studies, the housing plans and tenders and the management and operations modules, plus more credits, shared searches and priority support.
When do I need Enterprise?
As soon as your organisation has requirements on access and compliance: single sign-on, a data processing agreement with audit log, an integration with your own systems or AI environment, training for a larger team, or a stricter SLA. We then make a tailored proposal.
What is the difference between paying monthly and yearly?
The features and credits are the same. Monthly you pay per user per month by direct debit and can cancel monthly. Yearly you pay ten months for twelve. The first yearly invoice is paid online via iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay or Wero. All amounts exclude VAT.
What does usage above the included credits cost?
Every extra credit costs € 0.01 and is invoiced afterwards. The monthly usage cap defaults to € 500, so there are never surprises. We adjust that cap on request.
